6/2 valves

In the 6/2 directional control valves there are six connections and two positions. By using these twin valves two circuits can be diverted into another two circuits. Our range contains plenty of 6/2 valves for different purposes. HK and KS valves are used to control the forks of forklifts and to regulate height and tilt angle of graders or for similar functions.

PV valves are good standard valves mainly for folding snow ploughs and for a wing bucket with only one solenoid. In these valves, relief valves are installed in all cylinder connections as well as inlet valves and tank connection.

The product code letter Y means that two or several directional control valves can be bolted together to a serial valve.  The code 350 means that the valve can be used for a 350-bar system. The product code letter T means that one of the circuits can be used in floating mode. The product code letter U also indicates floating position, but without solenoid control. The product code letter J means a spring is mounted at the end of the spindle. The product code letter P means pressure control at both ends of the spindle. Valves with the letter SE are equipped with an electrical pilot system.

Forklift valves

The directional control valves HJ and KS are suited for example for control of the forks of lifts and trucks in the case you want to spread/close the forks or use sideshift functions. These directional control valves can also be used to adjust the height and the tilt angle of a road grader with two hydraulic cylinders. Two cylinders may be connected in series or parallel. In the parallel connection version, there is a pressure-compensated flow divider, which forces the cylinders to move in both directions at the same pace. In the HJ version the parallel connection and in the KS version the serial connection operate without electrical power.
