Flow diversion valves
The bright surfaced, steel body, flow diversion valves, are manufactured by us in Finland. The cast iron body flow diversion valves are produced abroad according to our specifications. The cast iron valves endure 210 bar pressure and the steel valves 350 bar pressure. All models are pressure compensated, which means that the load has no influence on the diversion function. Flow diversion valves are used for example to regulate the speed of the hydraulic motor in a sweeping machine and for splitting the flow. The valves can be equipped with a pressure limitation control.
The flow diversion valves may be used in a multitude of ways. The valve can for example be used to infinitely divert the hydraulic oil flow between two circuits, of which one circuit is regulated and the remaining flow is diverted to the other circuit. Both circuits may be used under load. The flow diversion valves are also used when the flow shall be limited, for example if the output of the hydraulic pump is 80 L/min while the implement can take only 50 L/min.
The flow diversion valves are our own products. They can be used for example to synchronise the movements of two hydraulic cylinders or to divert the flow of one circuit into two equal parts. In the flow diversion valve check valves are integrated, which enable free return flow. They are also available with end position compensation, where relief valves will equalise faults resulting from load differences.
